Zinc Oxide Nanowires

This technology is a method for the selective growth of ZnO vertical nanowire arrays, as developed by UO inventors.  It offers several advantages over other ZnO nanowire production methods: selective placement of the wires, rapid growth, no need for vacuum, and minimal generation of Au waste.
